Nakamigawaia felis (Er. Marcus & Ev.
Marcus, 1970)

Maximum size: 6 mm.
Identification:
This
is a small, flattened species with a sickle-like internal shell.
It may be solid black or have thin white lines.
Natural history:
Nakamigawaia felis
is apparently a rare species known only from a few lined animals
found in Kaneohe Bay, Oahu and a few black animals found in rocky
habitats off Makena, Maui at a depth of 9 m (30 ft).
Distribution:
Maui and Oahu: circumtropical.
Taxonomic notes:
First
recorded in Hawaii by Terry Gosliner from Kaneohe Bay, Oahu.
