Rostanga sp. #4

Maximum size: 8 mm.
Identification:
This is a dusky-yellow animal with darker patches on its notum and
white papillae scattered around its margin. There are scattered white
flecks on its notum and small, dark brown patches on the anterior faces
of its rhinophore clubs.
Natural history:
Rostanga sp. #4 is
known from a single animal found in the low intertidal at a moderately
protected site.
Distribution:
Maui.
Taxonomic notes:
First recorded in Hawaii from Hekili Point, Maui by CP on May 5, 1993.
