Maximum size:  ( )

Identification:  This is a cream species decorated with dark brown and peach bands. The tips of the rhinophores and cephalic tentacles are banded in violet and blue.

Natural history:  Cerberilla affinis is known from one animal found at Midway Atoll.

Distribution:  Midway: widely distributed in the Indo-Pacific.

Taxonomic notes:  It was first recorded in Hawaii from Midway Atoll by Terry Gosliner and PF in June, 1993.
