Maximum size: 6 mm.
Identification:
Based on the black and white photo in Kay (1979), this is a light
colored
animal with dark ceratal cores. The cerata have well-defined light tips
and the rhinophores have pale areas apically and medially.
Natural history:
Nothing is known about the species.
Distribution:
Oahu.
Taxonomic notes:
First recorded in Hawaii from Oahu by Allison Kay. This species is
included based on the otherwise unreferenced photo in Fig. 146 on
page 453 in Kay,
1979. The animal appears to be distinct from other listed species based
on that photo but is otherwise unidentified.
